Simply tell urself u can do it. No matter what obstacles, no matter what problems.
People say that conquering ur fears can also give u confidence. For instance, if u fear heights, go do rock-climbing or something like that. After u climb to the top, u will feel a sense of accomplishment. -
You can seek help from experts or councellor.

enrol urself in some workshops that boost ur self confidence. there are many that help in positive thinking & interpersonal skills.
