Did your relationship affect your studies?
Many people say you should not start Boy girl Relationships until you have finished secondary school or JC even. But it's easier said than done.
Looking back, did you regret starting such relationships whilst at school? Should you have had waited till you have finished your education?
Care to share with the young, green, spring chickens here? We'd love to hear your stories.......for better or for worse........

My first relationship was when I was in Sec 1. The girl was my classmate and I felt that she was perfect for me, kind, nice and helpful to everyone. Unfortunately, my insecurity, insincerity, and infidelity caused me to lose her. It hurt me then, it still hurts to this day. Although we are now still friends, and keep in touch occasionally, I sometimes wonder if I hadn't done the things I had done, how would we be now. My results did suffer, and out of a class of 40, I was position number 34 at the end of the year, but i think that's because of my lack of motivation more than anything.
My second relationship was also in my secondary school, albeit a different girl who was my junior. She's the sporty, cheerful type who excels in sports and also in dance. She didn't wanted 2 enter a relationship with me at first because she failed that our studies would suffer, so I had to prove to her that I could do well during my mid-year exams. We were together for less than 6 months before we broke up just before my O-levels, but I must say she really pushed me to do my best for my O-levels coz I went from being in the worst class in the Express stream to be the only one from my class to go to JC.
All in all, its up to urself. If all u do is spend ur time with the girl/guy u like without caring about ur studies, of course u will suffer. But if u know when's the time to spend time with the other half, and when's the time to be serious and study, then u shouldn't have a problem.
