How should I approach that lady?

Hi everyone,
I am 25 yrs old and still single perhaps becuase I am feeling interior in myself and thus think that no one is interested to know me at all.
This is becuase of my failures in relationship that resulted in me feeling these way.
Recently, I always got to see a lady on the same bus that I take to the MRT station. I always got to see her several times a months whenever she board the same bus that I am taking.
She looks mature with her nice makeup and silky blond hair. What attract me most is her attractive eyes.
Everytime she is on the same bus with me, I will always observe her.
In my heart, I really want to know her but wonder if she is friendly enough to approach. I wonder if she is interested to know me too.
Today I got to see her again, and she is standing in front of me in the bus. It's the same feeling as before as I observe her again.
Truthfully, I really want to try and appoach her and ask her if we can become friends. But in my heart, i feel a bit reluctant as inferiority thrash me down again.
Can anyone help me in this issue? How can i approach her in the best way? -

Not realli. not everyone appreciate smiles, some may tout u are pervert...(no offence)
i think one very good way
is to find a chance get to sit beside her, den suddenly ask her for the time, becoz in this way,she will not find it akward or funny. den tell her softly(so tt other ppl will not heard u),"xiao jie, i find u very attractive. can i get to know your name?"
see in this situation she tell u her name, ur chance is half to success.
so if successful, carry on asking her, "can give mi ur hp number for future contact?"

Just want to see if she is interested to know me as a friend. If she is, then work from there.
If not, then just be glad that at least I try my best.

"Hi, I seen you a couple of times on bus xxx to the mrt. I am wondering if we can be friends?"

wat's more, doesn't it sound so cheesy. unless you really happen to end up next to her in the bus/mrt, maybe you can really juz be honest and direct, cut the crap wif the flattery cos sometime gers juz get irritated when they tink you are trying to pick them up or get fresh.
smile, yup, be natural. you'll know when she returns yr smile and then if you are not so near to her, maybe you can juz lift yr hand and say hi, say something, yes, maybe ask abt wat kinda work is she doing, cos this is the most neutral rather then engage in a debate on the water issues btwn sg and my.
eg:
you : hi
she : hi
you : seen you on quite a number of ocassions taking this bus.
or
you : seen you on the mrt quite a few times.
you : which part of town are you working at?
she : the xyz building
you : oh, abc company is there rite?
then take it from there. cos the most difficult part is to really say something to her. then from there you can see wat intrest her and maybe if yr offices are near, can try asking her for lunch after a few more encounters.
after yr first few lines then maybe use this to intro yrself.
you : by the way, i'm ah kow.
pause and see if she intros herself, look at her eyes. this will indicate you are awaiting a response from her. she'll most prolly respond. if not, use the following.
you : and you are?
there you have it, if all goes well. oh, do look out if she already has an engagement or marriage ring, you never know if jealous boyfriend or hubby is juz behind her
