very hard to control diet leh? get hungry easily.. self control very hard. temptations set in then i ll give in.

control your diet, eat food with lesser calories..
food such as rice, potato and stuff avoid it. because of its starch..
and starch makes u fat also -

You can try taking small meals. So one day you take 5-6 meals a day

if you can't control your intake (like me, who enjoys life), then control the outcome.
Simply, if you have food and you don't use the energy, your body will keep it as fat, which is the "energy for rainy days". Your body thinks it should keep some spare ones in case one day you will need it but you don't have enough food. This is natural, it's not because your body is stupid, indeed it's smart to think that way, because you can live few more days even without any food.
Now, balance is the key. Those people who talk about calories etc, the point is to have the idea of how much energy is in, how much energy is out (used). If you enjoy food, then you should do exercise to burn the energy and don't let your body keeps it as fat. Simple exercise like walking, jogging, or change your lifestyle a bit, like taking stairs instead of lift, get off one bus stop before your usual one and take a walk home, etc.
ps.: and drink more water. -
eat mantou den drink a lot of water..so it'd expand itself ur tummy..so u wont feel hungry..((:
