  is it possible to isolate urself at home for the whole month juz to avoid seeing sweet couples on the street which reminds me of her and her bf?
  
  i know this sounds stupid and i generate this pain myself.....but i juz couldn't control this feeling. Everything seems so dull and plain. everything seems so pointless , juz dont feel like doing anything n juz lie down on the bed n slp.
  
  i already lock myself up for 1 week(excluding work). This is really a bad year for me.......................................................

  and if u r really feeling bad abt urself...go to some serene places like .. i don know.. places of worship.. or parks.. or beaches.. and just reflect on yourself.. or cry if u wish...

  It is at those times when you are most down that you should pick yourself up... call a friend and say, "How about I buy you lunch or dinner? I need to talk to someone." or ask you colleagues.

  Quite impossible for me . 2 days stuck at home without going out at all is already killing me.
  
  Also , numbing yourself is futile . Wake up and face the fact . Its hard , but if you are not gonna face it , you will be suffering all your life time . Think again , a great pain for a short while , or a pain for eternity ?

  yes... if you do lots of shopping beforehand... and your toilet doesn't back up cos damn that would be bad.
  
  but that said it's not really doing anyone any favours is it? least yourself. what if your mates need ya and you're just locked up in your bedroom feeling sorry for yourself? what if someone even better walks into your work, turns out to be the love of your life but you missed her cos you were too busy pining away in bed?
