  Let's say there's this girl you know. She's your friend. But you can tell that she likes you. She wants to be more than just friends with you. You think she's 'ok' or 'not bad'.
  
  Or let's say there's this girl you DON'T know. You juz happen to see her very often. And you can tell she's interested in knowing you. Same as above, you think she's alright. What will you do? Will you do anything at all? Oh yeah, and let's say you're still single.

  2) Approach her to be friend with u, then slowly start the relationship as friends. Then if u think u two are compatible then xian her ask her to be your gf...
