Have u guys ever experience b4 how its like when all the seniors or experienced staff resigning ? and left all the new staff struggling on their own ? im working in a place which deals with lots of money everyday. And i know something can nv be taught well thru theory alone , it requires a lot of 1st hand experience b4 u can really handle it well. And whenever a new problem hit us , we don't know what to do , and we can't simply hack care it as its something that involves $$.
i can clearly see the morale of the whole team now , especially after the last experience staff left.Most of the new staff in this team thought of quitting , including me.But im in a dilemma right now as i dont wish to disappoint my supervisor. she taught me lots of thing , treat me really good . feeling so d@mn low now.

it's happening everywhere. But I'm lucky that i have a senior to guide me. But my sis didn't.
This is the time whereby you have to prove yourself that u can do it, by doing self study. If you are not sure about your work, ask around, i'm sure one of them is bound to help you. -

The good: Oh the world is so wonderful, god sent you to earth to work at a crappy job as a test. But BLESSFULLY he gave you a nice boss. So just continue working under the slave driver for $50 per day.
The bad: It is your life, put yourself in the first place, dont work at a stressful enviorment just because you feel like you 'owe' your boss something. You have to step on something to get to high places. -

If your supervisor is a good one, he/she will soon bring the whole team to have a lunch/dinner at a posh restaurant.

The company will not close down even you left. 2 years ago my ex company was like a mass but I am the only one who clear up the mass and learn alot of thing from there. The bad thing is you will feel that it like a training ground and not a good place to stay as all credit will not goes to you that why I left and now waiting to see the mass coming back. It like fighting a war on your own and alot of hard work was done but no one see it. But my hard work paid off when my ex boss ask me to join her new company (US MNC) and higher paid and less work but need alot of skill learn form my ex-company.

yes i know , the company im working in won't collaspe even if we all left together , but i seriously wanna know how the HR side gonna handle this if we chose to leave together at the same time. All of us can leave with juz 1 week notice.Actually another reason for the low morale of the team is due to bad management. They constantly cut away our OT hours and expect us to work for free. they still don't understand how hard it is without any experience staff around to guide us , for example a case can be solved in 5 mins by our senior last time. The new staff will then have to gain the experience themself.
It the same for me... Loads of people came before, and went away...
Even working for a just a short period of time there only, i am already one of those who work longest there...
