recovery problem T_T

  i want to reformat my computer. tried using the HP PC System Recovery but to no avail. my computer will restart, and this error pops out.
  
  "file\minint\system32\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded. the error code is 14. setup cannot continue. press any key to exit."
  
  any idea how to solve it?

  usually i reinstall the whole system, following the instruction provided by vendor. if reinstallment doesn't work, that means there is something wrong with the hardware. try to find which part got problem, replace it with new one.
