that's what i do everyday before i sleep. dont lie on your sides as it'll be harder to breath in and out freely. lie facing to the ceiling . if u are used to bolsters, lay it on your body while imagining yourself doing things with people u like
that's what i always do before sleeping...

Well the way to try to really sleep for me is to just clear your mind, make sure u're not thinking of anything, sooner or later you'll fall asleep. if not then try to tire yourself out during the day.
