i have prob controlling my tone also..

but not only me

there was once someone called me and her tone sounded v demanding also.

She said 'i tell u wat, since we are both busy, we will do the interview now'

and straightaway i bomb her 'do wat interview? i dun want to do.'

'no, u have no choice.'

'wat do u mean by no choice? im not obliged to right?'

'yes u are obliged to.'

then we started raising our voices at each other.

'i tell u wat, i want to talk to ur chief before i talk to u. wat number can i call? wat's ur name? ur staff number?'

guess i was too fierce. apparently she came to my house to do an interview with my mum. i saw her backview, i knew it's her. so i din bother to look at her face. and less than 5 mins. she left.

Record your own voice and listen to it. If you don't like certain part of your speech, change the tone loh.
