I HATE PLAZA SINGAPURA CARREFOUR JOB !!!!

Warning : To all those people who work for carrefour in P.S. or people who wish to work in P.S. -----> Please to not go there to apply ur jobs
Take my advise: I had been working there for 2months in Lv 1 .... their job's weren't for HUMAN !!!!!
Let me share with u all my experiences and thoughts abt my job in carrefour.
1) My friends and I [ total 6 ppl ] work in diff.dept. but all in lv1. we always help each other althought we are in diff. dept. since there are not enf stuff.
We can so called the most hardworking staff and the most hyperactive youth stuff there [ this comment was given by supervisor]. As u all know that which guodo ppl will willing to stay back and help each other IN DIFF. DEPT.
NO.NO ONE except us. For ur info. the lvl 1 P.S. is very big and there are a lot of things that can be done yet no one do the job.... THEY LOOK VERY SIAN LIANG BY THE WAY.......
2) However, most of the full-timers always call us to do this do that and in the end they go slack or smoke watever ...... we always wan to find them also very diffcult, everytime we trying hard to give the customers the best service by helping them to check the stock which require the full-time stuff help BUT THEY WERE NOT THERE!
3) about 75% of the carrefour lv1 is wat we are doing ..... Top-up the goods, giving services and clearing the goods ..... And wat the full-time stuff do?
watching we doing the jobs MOST OF THE TIME or WALKING AROUND ACTING LIKE DOING THEIR JOB's WTF is THIS ??!! We are also human too need to rest wat.... u know ? we had been treated like dogs for 2 months .. the full-time stuff only know HOW TO CALL U BOY AH BOY .... pointing here pointin there and ask u to do this and do that ....
4) BY THE WAY, we are part-time stuff .... u know we are treated like full-time stuff to work for long hours plus if u cannot finish the jobs u cannot go for break [ we work for 8hrs and only have 1 hr break , can u tell mi wat is this??? ]
5) furthermore, when u are working half way..... THERE WILL BE SOME gudo monkeys come and make trouble ..... [Security Officers (head)] this is wat we call him . All the stuff know who is the monkey except himself .
U know, we are trying to work hard and fast so that we will not give problems to customers. But when he appear..... we cannot do our work .
we had to stop and talk crap with him .... in the end we cannot finish our work and get scold by the mangement....
U tell me whose fault?

Before I graduate, I used to work as temporary staff during school holidays for 12 hours! With only 30 mins break! We have to help cut, clean, carry heavy stuffs. In other words almost one leg kick. Yet I, nor did my short term coworkers complained like you did. We just work and happily too. Today main issue is not this ...
THE MAIN THING is this :
Today only We [3 person] working at carrefour ....
guess wat i told my friends...." If u wan to take leave we all 6 ppl take together or something will happen"
NOW problems arised ...
During 7~8pm, I was helping my [A] friend who is sick and trying to work very fast...
when I walk away for a moment [B] friend tell me to stop working as [A] friend knn taken away to Security Office for some reasons...
He told mi that my [A] friend hit one of the customer and get cought....
So we went to Security Office to look for him. As we are outside the Security Office and speak nicely to one of the c!@#$s [ watever cs or c the s or see the asses, i call him a Security Officer's dogs ]
friend [B]: we are here to look of my friend, can we go in ? [ politely]
c!@#$s[1] : er... go away [ loud tone ]
friend [B]: But my friend[A] is inside, i need to go in ...
c!@#$s[1] : U who wan to go in?
friend [B] : u also who ? I am part-time stuff here...
c!@#$s[1]: I [C!@#$%#$%^&*s, dunno wat f is that talking in a agrassive tone ]
then 3 of them [big malay guys] wan to fight [by looking at their emotion]

c!@#$s[2]: ok ok u two just siam let my boss settle inside.... [ politely]
I some how pull my friend[B] away to aviod fighting .....
Next, we were called to go to the Security Office to find out wat happening.
As we seated down peacefully....

I was trying to pull away the trolly (inside is a rubbish) as it block the customers way [ actually the way is so big, one small trolly blocking is not a problem or how we do our work.. dont listen to his crap ] i was trying to pull the trolly away and he [friend[A]] said that I am done, I going to throw away the rubbish...
BY right [Both of them are holding the trolly pushing and pulling and hit one of the customers . Friend [A] scold the monkey F*** very very loudly in front of all the customers and walk away... ]
Monkey : u know i and the management[boss] had to said sorry to the customer and he say he was being hit and it was very pain ...
By right: [the monkey nv say sorry but the management is the one whose is saying sorry.] The management dunno know anything about it and just say sorry to the customer
monkey talking to the store director on the phone : the boy hit the customer and should i report to police
By right :[ the monkey also have the part of responsiblity but pushes all of it to my friend [A]
monkey: I wan ur I/C
Friend [A]: u wan my I/C u go call nadan...
monkey: for?
[A]: I/C is my personal itm cannot give u ... u wan pay mi 100$S.... cannot la later u go ah long [loan shark] borrow money i die.... u just shut up and faster let us go .....
monkey: see ( looking at my friends [B]) that the problem ... ( my friend trying to talk ) u just shut up and listen to me.......

My friend [B] keep slient and push up his glasses....
Monkey: u now trying to give mi attitue is it?

I had countless of injuries on my body u think is it not pain ? I do wat u do also .... WE ONLY WORK FOR 5$ per Hr u think it is worth? -

it is not actually all bad things we also have quite fun they with some of my friendly "ah bang" [ mean brother ] and promoter auntie and pretty gals promoters .
As for me, i just work there becouse of my friends and brothers but not becouse i like there ... the main reason is working togther with my friends and my ah bang really make me feel a home ... they are really a caring person ...

Yo, it not so nice to complain about others ya, since you have finsihed your attachment there, just get on with life ya. I been working at a promoter for v long and been situated at PS carrefour before too.
The rule is, make a few good friends, and the rest are enemies. Concentrate on selling your products, and never try to be a nice person. -
lai ma work with me $6 per hr+ 6hr job+ commission+slack n smoke all the time at ur own pace.

You all don't blame him first, I believe it is his first temp-job hehe.
Thats why I don't really want to find a job yet, since I am such a small build, won't have the energy to carry heavy things
My first job wasn't that bad because I was working as data entry in a air-con obbice
My second job was like TS, very sucky, but much better because it was selling/packing books/uniforms only. I had alot of full-time people who actually helped me. Though there was one time I was left on myself to do everything.
You have to learn, adapt and bear with it. This is what I can say...after that, you will be very pro in that job. -

You should have choose to work in the Suntec City Carrefour instead. People are more friendly there.
