Stead causes you to have no more friends

Anyone know of such cases or experienced it himself/herself?
You love your bf/gf so much that you everyday go out with him/her and you stop going out with your friends or your friends stop contacting you because you have a jealous bf/gf than when you break up with your bf/gf, you realise that you are all alone and you have lost all your close friends in the past
I have a guy friend whom use to be close with me. But after he got a gf he seldom contact me. Although his gf won't ge jealous if I call him because I am a guy too, but everytime I call him he will say he is busy as he is accompaning his gf. After awhile I stop contacting him.
Even his female friends say that they do not want to contact him nowadays as he got a very jealous gf. He is a friendly person who have many friends but I have a feeling that because of his gf he is going to lose alot of his friends that he have.. -
