Just tell the dental surgeon to put you to sleep. Then pull out ALL the remaining one. That way you won;t have to deal with it ever again.
DON'T wait till it start to bug you. It will be too late.
And most likely because it is already infected and swelling, the anesthesia will not be as effective.
Best to remove them buggers before you are 30. Because as you age, the roots gets deeper and the tooth gets bigger.
The younger you get em out, the shorter your down time.
