even if you choose KHappy (1400-1900) per pax is $13++
let's do some calculations:
You mentioned you got 5 friends, so we take it as the cover charge is $13++ x5 = $65.
Tibits for 5 person is 3 bowls, which is another $15.
KOD charge for 5 person which is another $5.
Total without GST: $85++
With 7% GST: $90.95++
Any more charges i left out? Let's top up the ++ with extra $10 to make it to $100.95.
Divide by 5 person is only $20.19.
Where does the extra $5 charge from everyone comes from? o.O -
whenever I go to KTV, i never bother to look at the price list. Ask them for the full total cost instead.
BTW, always look for student offer because they r the cheapest. -

You should look carefully before you stumbled into something next time. Anyway, the additional $5 isn't much. $5 can only buy one a meal without the drinks.

haha i went kbox on wed 26 dec and i felt cheated too. during this holiday season all the prices were jacked up...
basically during this season:
- no student package
- K happy package increase from 13++ to 16++
- tidbits cost $6 instead of $5
- KOD still $1 each, drinks still free
- 10% service charge is 10% of (package, tidbits, KOD)
- 7% GST is 7% of (package, tidbits, KOD and service charge)
look at the way they jack up prices and how the % are calculated (heavily compounded), it's no wonder why the prices are sooooo ex. -

That one also happened one time in my expirience before. They put $9++ but not that cheap one. Its all propagenda
