she's come all the way from indonesia to work here and raise money for her family... it'd be a bad idea to send her back. but she's the employee, you're the employer. she shouldn't be acting this way; doesn't she realise the result of her actions could hurt others and even herself? i know i shouldn't judge her like this, but entering a room when she's not supposed to, throwing herself on you, telling you that she's lonely, asking you for sex - these all seem so wrong for her to do this when you don't even know each other. you don't know her and what her intentions are. she might want just for someone to love her, or she might want you because she badly needs you for help... perhaps money-wise. it seems to me she's trying to get you to pity her. those feelings towards you... love or lust?
if i were you, i wouldn't know what to do either. but i'd think that she's crossing the line. if we had sex and i got her pregnant (if i were a male) who knows what she might do? accuse me of raping her? sueing me? sex is just out of the picture.
if you feel that you can't picture yourself and her having a family, kids and a future together, perhaps you could try talking to her that this can't work out. if she continues luring you using sex, tell her firmly to stop it. make it clear to her that she's here only to work for you. anything else would be crossing the line and that's when you have to give her the sack. sorry man, that's what i'd do.
