my superior will assign the work that he suppose to do to me and my colleague. if we do well we get nothing but if we do something wrong he will scold us.
This is common in the working world. Your superior is just a poor leader. Maybe he experienced the same thing when he was just a low-level worker too (it is a vicious cycle)
