2. Acetaminophen such as Panadol, Datril and Tylenol can help to relieve body aches and fevers.
3. Avoid aspirin products due to the risk of Reye's syndrome.
4. Use clean and comfortable cotton sheets to avoid polyester that are too warm and fabrics which can irritate your lesions.

4. Avoid sharp and oily foods such as fried potato chips
5. Avoid citrus drinks. Take cool juice or liquids as it can soothe your throat.
