just broken off with my "bf" for 1year...over issue that i am jealous that he went out to meet his ex saying he misses her...but he explain there is nothing going on and they purely meet for lunch...bla bla bla..the next day he just sms me saying in his heart he still love her ex alot..and he wants to go back like last time..which is together with her...
anyone has any good suggestion on heartbreak management...i try to get my friends out..but..all are too busy with work...i am alone...no one wif me...how..my mind keeps running wild..he suggest we be friends coz he thinks we can be realli gd friends...
tell me what to do...i am still seeing him coz i really miss him...and love him...haix..how...ask me to cut contact wif him i realli cant do it.. -

U need to change over yr lifestyle that revolving around him.

sia la, judging from wad u say, yr bf sounds like a bastard. but in any case, it's over. get yrself busy so that u will not think so much abt him. doll yrself up, go for retail therapy, get yr girls out and havoc outside. time will heal all the crap

I'd advise you to go out on dates and don't talk about your ex-boyfriend. Having a different person(s) to fulfil your need for companionship will help you get over your dependence.

I suggest maybe go join a club or association to know more people. Such associations could include say joining a cell group in a church and seeking fellowship(if you are a christian), some reading club, or actually Peoples Association as a volunteer.
Well, during this vulnerable period, pls also be cautious of guys who will exploit you and try to cheat you into being with them. When meeting new guys, try not to tell them about your break-up, least that you will be exploited. -
Go overseas for a vacation ... 2 weeks or more I'd say.
And have friends there that doesn't know about ur bf. When someone asks you -- say you're single and available. -

you love him so much but did he do anything for you.
you are just like a spare tyre to him and if you still want to continue on being one no one can stop you.

hate and anger only brings about bitterness, and she will bring that into the next relationship, which will fail because of that.
time, thankfulness and forgiveness should be the answer.
time to heal.
to be thankful for the good times and experiences and the lessons learnt.
and forgiving the other party and yourself for your faults and contributions to the failure of the relationship. -
Poor girl. if you are still seeing him theres no way you can get over this relationship.
It will be draggy, neverending misery and you will spend off your youth pinning after him to come back to you. While his heart is with his ex gf already.
Everyday you will wonder when he is calling you, wondering what is he doing, wishing to get back with him. While he on his side just thinking of you as his friend now.
You are being very unfair to yourself. Is time you get back to your own life. and end this misery.
At a certain age sometimes is hard to gather friends out because they are so busy with their work and other programs. you can try joining some courses, e.g something of your interest, yoga also can. join in some activities that usually you wont. you will find that it can take ur mind away for a while. Buy some drama dvd to watch so it will make you so engross in the show that you forgot to think of him.
When you got over him, its a brand new world full of happiness waiting for you!

Woei! sister, dun take it too hard ok, be strong and learn your lesson. It no use crying and loving these type of guy, he shall have his retribution. There are many other nice guy around who are much better and nicer with responsibility. -
Find a quiet spot where you won't be interrupted.
Go mad.
Shout scream cry ask all the questions you need to ask. Yell out all your anger. You should be so exhausted you fall asleep quickly after that. Do this once a week. Till you run out of things to shout or get bored at shouting the same things over and over again or start answering your own questions sensibly.
Drink lots of water before hand and have lots of water nearby. You can also have props like pillows to punch or other things to express physical rage without hurting yourself.
Do not play or listen to any sad lover songs till you are over him. -
