I really dunno what is wrong....
First of all, I have already stopped smoking cuz I've been looking tired since few months ago.
Secondly, to build back my health, I eat healthily (balance diet) and even go to sinseh every week.
But lately, I feel dizzy for no reason. I am not sick, no fever, no headache etc. But just dizzy and nausea. It gets worse when I am with a crowd of people or when it's crowded and noisy.
I tried sleeping as much as I can, thinking that I'm just tired. But yesterday, I went out. When I felt hungry at about 5 plus, my hands started to feel cold and shaking. My feet also feel cold and the dizziness worsened. I surfed internet for answer, but can't find anything.
how?
What's your work life like? Any other form of stress which might put you down?
Most likely it would be like what most others have said.... The effect of you quitting on your smoking.... On the other hand, you also mentioned the change in diet and going for sinseh..... All these combined could easily throw you off without too much question... It should take quite a while for your body to adjust especially when all these changes are taking place at the same time... Even when they're likely to be for your good on the long run.... If you like, might try to take things gradual and not push too hard at the same time...? Anyway, that'll be up to you....
On top of all that I've said... There's also no evidence to show that there must not be underlying health problem undiscovered... If you're really concerned that much... The answer's simple.... Go see a doctor... Tell him / her what you've been doing and what you've been experiencing.... See if you like the answer... If you don't, can always go for a 2nd opinion from another doctor....
Hope it helps.....?
