when u insert ur penis in den pain maybe due to the foreskin u din wash properly and has got an infection but den if during normal urinal.. u dun get the pain or when u wear ur underwear theres no itch nor pain den i doubt its any disease lah.. maybe u pull ur foreskin too back when dry? but u used the lubricant so i think u should consult a doc as soon as possible ...
