  I send a video to my friend and unfortunately at that time she was in hospital, and I still don't know why I send the link.

  After seeing it, she was angry and didn't chat with me after that. I accidentally typed "haha" at MSN and it made the situation worse.

  I really want to apologize to her but I was wondering what was the best way to do it. I want us to be friends again...

  just make a long distance call to her if u have her number or write her an email to apologise. have you done it by the way?

  I already asked her whether I can call her, but she said that it was expensive.

  I don't think she reads the emails I give before. I have send emails before, but nonetheless, I will try emailing her.

  she say it's expensive then u never persist on? hmm.. yeah continue to do ur best to aplogise, then it's up to her. these things are beyond ur control though
