Confused...Should I continue the chase?

Approached this gal abt 6 weeks back and got her number. she seemed responsive at first before the date. however, she seemed less responsive and said to be frens for now. at first i asked if it was a rejection she said no and that she juz wanted to know me better first. she is giving herself and me a chance but dun wanna get involved in such things coz she recently broke up with her ex and also not searching for a bf now. she continues to date me one on one and never turns any down unless she is really busy. we sms/icq each other and she will initiate contact if i stop contact for a couple of days. the problem is that she seems to be giving mixed signals. she never turns down my dates but when we meet she dun really seem to be very vocal and interested in conversation. however, she dun seem to mind my company as we can sit ard or wander abt for hours. she doesnt even mind shopping wif me. no physical contact with her coz i respect the fact that she wants to be frens for now but we walk real close together.
wat is she thinking?...wat is her level of interest?....you all think i stand a chance? ...should i wait and see?... wat should be the best course of actions now? ...or should i juz move on.... -

Firstly: She is undergoing relationship changes.
Secondly - one mistake there - zero communiction, but can wander around for nothing.
What does the second part shows? Its simply shows that she is indecisive about YOU and waiting for you to do something if you wanted her. Let me tell you, if the communication channel is up, things will be clearer and easier for you. She choose to give you chance to go out with her signal 3 possibilities.
First: She really has nothing to do and needed that company
Second: She needed someone around to clear her mind of her ex.
Third: She is giving you a chance
My advice is remain as friends - yes, strike in the dark. Open up communication and add humor into it. If you want to be like friends - act and speak like a good one - from there, you will be attempting to make her realise what she really wants. Let nature takes its own sweet course. I know it's a bit frustrating now to actually wait and see. But seems like there isn't any choice for you except to ask her again. However by asking her again now, could jeopardize the whole situation.
Also don't test her ... Leave everything as it is. Or even set her free. If she is meant to be yours, she will come back to you. Else, no matter how you pursue her ... she will never be with you. -
