i have a ball rack at my home but it keeps roll away as it has wheels but nothing to stop it from moving about. The balls just rolls out of the ball rack when it moves making me have to walk about and pick them.
i dunno why.

place blu tack at the base wheels ba.
make sure they are firmly stuck.
