Maybe you could encourage her with positive words and be a good influence to her. Tell her not to stress to much as stress may aggravate the condition. Tell her to relax and help her do the housework (etcetc)
Remember to treasure your mom now too!

i also have a lump at my neck.. i discovered it one day then my mum say it's normal.. she said i have it since i was a child.. erm but i nv realize it lor. anyway i ignored it..
hope ur mum will be alright. try to accompany her more often.
it's always when things like that happen then we will learn to cherish our loved ones.
Be filial to your parents when u still have the chance to.

it is indeed sad. Mothers are to be treasured. It is very painful, miserable to lose mother. I don't know when will I ever get over it. Even after death, my mum still showed she cares, in the dream she said that she will bless me.Dead_Man_Inc, since your mum is still around, do all you can to make her happy. Hope your mum's health will improve. Buy her some supplement if she needs them.

i'm sorry to hear that. my aunt's suffering from cancer too. she nearly left us too. lets hope that it's not what we fear it will be.

At least you will be around to help her consider her options and guide her around when she is too dazed from the news, the hot weather & any medications.

she had her blood tested last week, and will be going for x-ray soon. maybe around next month we will know what is it.
