where can i go to seek certification and to complain about the polluted air in my air-cond office. it has been for three to four years that this problem of inhaling smoke and burnt smell (something close to cigarette smoke), when complained to my office maintenance, it seems they can never be able to solve this ongoing problem when many times, me and my collleagues have stressed that it will cause us grave harm.
till now, the smokey smell still persists every now and then, and the management cannot do anything to improve the working environment.
is there anywhere or any health organisation here in singapore that can help to come and certify the PSI of my office to ascertain my complain and to prove that my workplace is a health hazard environment?
if management oso cannot try solve this kinda thing, why u still working in this company?
I tell u, indirectly tell your boss that smell stinks, wear a mask tmr to work.

not happy just QUIT.
the fact is, i'm already a long-service employee and in a public service sector and was in this office only 3-4 years back. there is no way we can bring up to other levels of management or even publicly make a complaint about our current working environment.
now its like, we are waiting for someone in the office to fall critically ill, so there's proof to the our passive inhalers of the air.
and before this takes place, i would seriously hope that someone out there could help solve this problem or give sound solution.
i even suggested that they redo the whole aircond system but they just ignore.

sorry, like i mentioned before, its a public sector, and we are not even allowed to lodge a complaint to the environment ministry for them to ascertain our condition.
so long as i intend to continue working for a living here, i cannot put myself in jeopardy, unless the day i decided to quit, which would be unlikely as being a sole-breadwinner.
almost everyday or alternate, i would have to lodge complains to our estate management but to no avail. they will send their maintenance staff to come in our office and check and smell and then leave, thats all they can do.
