I think you should let her know what you already know, and how you feel. For your good, her good, and the unknowing poor bloke's good, tell her to stop these philandering ways and just ROM happily and faithfully. You get what I mean. You would only be stooping to her level if you make it tit for tat. Be level-headed and deal with this like an adult would, not like an angsty teenager out for revenge. You would feel much better in the long run.
