alot pple think by sitting in front of de com they will auto slim down then they kpkb ask y no pple like them or bla bla so ever haha
running de best. tone ur pigu jus swee swee. o ya rmb to eat hleahty food eat jus nice can le. i feel super terrible nw my eating damn irregular. output more than input . feel very sick.

New guidelines on aesthetics treatment comming up Nov.
1 ltr for minor surgery done at clinics (GPs).
Up to 5 ltr at specialist centres, to be with anesthetics.

lipo .5L from each side if u r doing lipp at clinics.lipo 2.5L from each side if you r doing lipo at specialist centres.
