When say your aunt is the guardian.. is she a legal guardian ? I assume your parents are legally divorced ?
Is there any documented wills your mom left behind ?
And as for the funds...are they in a trust fund ? or just a savings bank under your aunt's name ? Was there any misappropration committed by your aunt ?
Your father wants to fight for custody .. is likely.. he also wants access to the funds and other assets that comes with the obligations.
C'mon .. it's not like you are only a toddler or a young kid.. you are old enough to take care of yourself already.
But if your aunt took great care of you. and you have prove of your father's bad treatment..and you made a stand that you are better off with your aunt....
The courts won't be so heartless to throw you to the wolf lah.
Since you are not financially dependent on him.. why you worry about his threat about not giving you money ?

so your aunt is living with you because you allow her to live with you or was she assigned the legal guardianship by your mum? seems your old man is loaded so he isn't after the money left by your mum? when you mentioned lesser of the 2 evil, are you referring to your aunt as the lesser evil, then you aren't safe with her too as the executor? best wishes to you....
