saw some students steeling from donation cans , help me

  hi all,
  Last Saturday [ 17 jan 2003 ] was , as any other donation collecting day , I caught 4 students from a well-known secondary school steeling money from 2 donation cans.
  I would like to have your kind and unreserved advise on this serious matter .If you are interested in giving your support/comments too

  nowadays alot of schs have name tags on their shirts already. note their name, then give the sch a call.
