What age does one have to be, before being able to seek psychological or psychiatric help without parental consent in Singapore?
Any age... You can request for medical confidentiality unless it's a communicable disease.
Parental consent is necessary for youths. Apparently, they believe working with the child and the parent, allows their doctors to give the child the best treatment. I have asked. I just do not know what age one must be before it is no longer required.

i think u can see dr at any age but they cant do any invasive procedure on you without consent. below 21 need parental consent
maybe above 18. if u're not comfortable wif it and ur condition is not too serious, u might wanna consider talking to a counsellor instead. there's a difference... counsellors can provide a listening ear but they cannot diagnose any condition tt u might have... they can only suggest some ways to help u overcome ur troubles...
however, if ur condition is really serious (e.g. u causing hurt to urself or others, or hearing voices, etc), then it's best tt u let ur parents know and ask them to go wif u for treatment...
