.....I have two good friends (both are guys and both are good friend to each other too).. Lately, Guy A and Guy B had fallen out, no longer talking to each other. From what I knew, Guy B played out and spread lies about Guy A and other bad stuffs..
Should I remain neutral? Even though I am very sure Guy B had did all the bad things to Guy A...
Or should I take side?

I didn't kpo, I felt injustice for Guy A, now I don't really try to keep in touch with Guy B.
Cos my impression of him had changed, he used to be a gentleman
Don't take side unless you're forced to, instead let it be known to yourself that Guy B can backstab you anytime and you need to be weary of him.
It's always better to have more friend then more enemies.

.....I didn't take side in such a way that I went to tell Guy B off. In fact, as what you said, I am more aware of Guy B, I always treat him as a good friend, but not so now. Off cos he is still my friend, will talk to him when we meet in public, no more like last time always meet up for a drink or keeping in touch....

Dont get involved is best.

U might NOT knw the whole story.
Best is let them solve by themselves.

I suggest you just ask Guy B and ask him what's really happening.. why would he be doing all these bad things to Guy A. Like confrontation.. Thrash it out. And if possible, help out and talk him into apologising to Guy A. If thats possible, it'll work just fine.
Guy A deserve it..
must be he go and piss Guy B off first

.....both are like enemy now
Their squabble has nothing to do with you.
You should'nt take sides.
Unless you know for sure what went on between the two, don't even suspect B of wrong doing. Boths sides have their own version of what happened.
Being neutral, is also not being bias.

You're right, the squabble had nothing to do with me. Guy A helped B alot in the buiness sense. Maybe A pissed off B a bit, but that was not a good reason to play behind A's back, spread untruth things about him.. Most of the people within our circle had deserted A. Only a couple of friends and me stood by A. In fact A felt very broken when those he thought were real friends walk away from him....
