depression over nothing?

happy new year all. donno why i became very depressed out of no reason. no mood to play my PSP, no appetite, sleepless nights. how can one become so depressed for no reason? my personal laptop broke down, and after a few times of trying to save it, i failed even after spending hours. but is it possible that because of this that i got into depression again? i feel kinda stupid to post this here over this kinda small matter but i am very desperate. i donno what life is all about now. very meaningless. is like there is no goal no dreams for me.

maybe...did not realised i am so addicted to my gadgets. and sadly i am feeling very depressed now. lost and probably ...confused.

How's your lifestyle like? Do you hang out with friends?
Be positive, pal. Now that your personal laptop's broken, it's time to get out of your shell and start working on your social life. Go out, meet new people and just have lotsa fun.
It's really easy to feel 'stranded' when you're serving NS, especially when you're not enjoying the people/unit life. But truth is, you aren't stucked - every guy gotta go through the 2 years NS stint. Just look far ahead and take every day as a day past, soon you'll ORD, get an education or a job and things will just fall in place again.
Meanwhile, spend some time thinking about what you want to do in the future - maybe pursue a degree and such. Be positive, you won't go wrong on that.
