nowadays so many degree holders, and they going to build the fourth local u soon. sure got so many job for graduate anot? hai, and those cant get into local uni one also taking private degree........if everyone in singapore got degree then who will take the job of a poly and ite student?

Sg aims to be an Education Hub. The no. of university places does not have to corelate to the employment situation in Sg. As long as the education system provide a mininum number of education opportunities to sustain the country's economic growth, there is no harm to have excess places, which can be easily absorbed by international students.

The government isn't thinking.
You do know that there is a brain drain in Singapore, don't you? More and more graduates are going overseas to work and live. This results in less degree holders in Singapore. That's the reason why there'll be a fourth university soon.
Besides, when employers look at your degree, they don't just look at your degree. They look at which school you graduated from. -

the 4th uni is for FTs one.specially bulit for them.got FT lecturers and FT subjects and FT hostels and FT food.everything is catered to them.
why not make them the 1st class citizens of singapore.

In korea, a road sweeper makes more money than a fresh grad. Plus to become a road sweeper, need to pass tests.
