are you kidding?? you and that gal is NOT blood related. Unless you are talking about your sister's descendants like your cousins or wat. That gal is not from your family side at all, she is a distant relative. In fact you can marry anyone from your brother-in-law's side, and your child is perfectly alright. You and the girl did not have the same set of parents, grand parents and great grand parents. Therefore the genes makeup of both of you are unlikely to cause any genetic defects in ya offsprings. Trust me, I learn biology and this is true.
Anyway, just a side note, long long time ago, you and the girl may have the same set of relatives, because you can work backwards. Each of us have 2 parents, 4 grand parents, 8 great grand parents, 16 great great grand parents. If we continue working backwards this way, there are bound to be some generations, whereby my ancestors and your ancestors would be close relatives. In an other words, all of us are related at one point of time in the history.
Please pardon me for going too deep into this. I am fired up by biology.
The gal has no blood relation to you at all. She has a completely different set of parents. There will only be blood relation if she is your mum's elder sister's daughter.

Hahas..agreed=]]
well, as a matter of fact, many cousins do marry each other=]] Hope that will give you the answer that you seek=]]
There are missing parts to the equation.
Your mother's elder sister is your Aunty and her husband, your Uncle. His younger brother is also considered your Uncle (B's father). This uncle (B's father) is married to ___?___.
If this __?__ happens to be your father's younger sister, then you will be closer cousins than you think. For you will then be marrying you immediate Aunty/Uncle's daughter.
Just a remote possibility.
