I need some fat loss programs please!
I have started 2 days ago.
To do HIIT and strength training combined with cycling on the next day.
Today is my strength training plus cycling.
Yeah and food part.
I don't know what should I really take.
Sometimes I scare I eat too much , Sometimes I scare I can't lose fats.
People told me to get some soya milk after work-out.
But I scare will add on more calories and harder to burn.
Then people say take more fruits like watermelon or papaya as the dietary fibre is a lot.
But then add on to calories.
Very hard sia.
Teach me everything I need to know please.

Diet plan>>>>>>>>>
jogging 30 min remove excess water
jogging 45< is toning and burn fats
to reduce weight fast do jogging for 45 min at least alternate days
Food wise: take chicken breast without skin.
one banana and lot of veggie.
Strawberry is good fruit which don't contain high fruit sugar suitable for after meal fruit.
Banana is for breakfast will make you feel filling.
Soya milk without sugar is best cos low sugar is high protein no fats good for after work out
Dieting to reduce weight reduce sugar things and carbo foods

Hmm to tone your arms doing pumping 2 set x25times
to lose weight depends on this simple equation:
calories ingested < calories expended
so.. eat less.. endure the hunger pangs at night.. or whenever.. have a fixed eating schedule..
eat less = 70% of what you used to eat..
soon you will not feel hungry anymore because your stomach actually shrinks... not shitting you...
then exercise... increase your metabolic rate..
there is no specific food you have to eat.. all those stories and tales of "banana diet" and "atkins diet" is bullshit.. they may work in the short term by tricking your body into something and then shedding the weight.. however, you will mess up your body.. usually permanently...
eat a huge variety of food... make sure your meals are balanced...
and a huge variety is NOT a huge amount of food.. they are different things... vary your diet to ensure you have enough nutrients from EVERYTHING...
that is the only sensible and long term diet plan you can work with.. everything else is bullshit..
good luck!

you've been told..
what i've described is the only healthy way.. it is not a quick fix, losing weight healthily is never a quick fix
go ask a doctor..
there is no need to keep bumping your posts. there are two forums to help you out and they are not Aunt Agony. They are the Fitness and health corner as well as my own health forum. Check out the fitness and health corner forum, there are many more posts teaching how to lose fat effectively. ultimately, it is not how much you eat, but what you eat and how you burn them.
however only restrict training to 5 times a week, 3 times cardio, 2 times HIIT. your body needs to rest.go check out my foru.
o ya forgot to add on... if u follow my way of slimming down.. everything must be not fried and must low in sugar..
also that is provided u have enough sleep..
i got one time everyday exercise VIGOROUSLY then everyday sleep 10 hours.. still not enough then kena over exhaustion then fever and all these le.. so sleep well..

papayas are approximately 55 calories per serving (or was it watermelon?) but they're approximately around the same, and they're supposedly "negative" caloric foods.
apples are round 70+
pears:70+
orange: 65
banana:100
the rest i cant remember...
:/
fruits are "safe" foods, unless you eat them by the carton. so yeah.
Per serving (250ml) , Margiold HL milk is 100 cals (if i remember correctly)
Daisy's 99% fat free milk is 110 cals but it has less fats i think.
while nutrisoy's no sugar added soymilk is 98 cals.
there's is other kind of packaged UHT soy/rice/oat milk that cold storage sells it's 98.7% fat free if i'm not wrong. (imported from australia)
but marigold milk has 1g more protein per serving as compared to soymilk.
yep.
oh and you could try aloe vera if you want fibre. it has virtually no calories. not more than 10. it works wonders.
