For the first one I don't know why.But for the second one, I think it is because you are not supposed to ask for cures in forums. In another forum, there is a thread by the mod telling you that you may not ask for cures as you don't know if they are certified doctors or not and are not allowed to give precriptions. I can give you link if you are interested.
