i have this problem before now it gone i still remember how it started it starting growing at the back and to the chest it is cause by to not wearing cloth(at home) and didn't bath or clean problay and expose to heat which will cause pimples .... i don't even relised it XD i think to do execrise go running sweat it out it will help to get rid all of pimples.
