I dunno why but everytime when i talk to the girl i like even over the phone, my heartbeat keep gets faster and faster and i get very tensed up and nervous. Anyone can tell me how NOT to get nervous and tensed up?

well if u like her its normal to b abit mroe tensed n nervous mah...if u reali very very nervous, try to like move ur hands or something to release the extra energy bah...works sometimes...
