we've broken up. one thing is this, if not for his abusive act, i'd stay with him till marriage. continue loving him despite his act because i believe he'll change. but now i'm giving up. he is too because of me saying break up too often. and this time he didnt want to chase me back anymore. there was once we broke up for one month because of some rsn which i couldnt rmb. he insisted that i like another guy just because i swear everything that he said out of anger. perhaps its infatuation, i still loved my bf & he forgave me. he's tired of chasing me back because whenever i say break, even when its my fault he'd still chase me back. he said i want face because i nvr asked him back when i said break. he felt like a loser now. btw, afew times he ignored me because i did smth wrong, i begged him to forgive me too. Sorry for the rant, how you expect anyone to let go of a 3 year r/s so easily? i am a laughing stock to all. laugh, just laugh.

i regret doing such crap actions now. If i had a 2nd chance, i would have ignored the teacher and let those girls get drenched by the rain.

I'm really glad that u made the wise choice this time. Remember, a leopard never changes its spots (sounds cliche but true). Don't fall prey onto these type of guys again, and hope this is a experience learnt for u to be firm and stand for ur own rights.

On another note, I wonder why abused women often love their abuser. Many a beaten wife, have told the judge that they love their wife-beating husband.
Love? Do they know what love actually means. Love is growth, constructive, positive. Love builds, improve, enhances. Where is any of these in an abusive relationship?
Is it fear, that they pass off as "love"? They are afraid to let go of what they are used to, of what they are famililar with. They are afraid to part into a void, that they prefer to hang on to what they have, and hope things will turn better.
