Why do you even bother on this? ASPD is just a term. Beside, I would not said something that I was not sure about. And I conclude this after knowing him for 9 months.
One dont need to go to see a doctor to know that one have a flu. I dont even need to see one, I can self medicated when I catched a cold. I dont need to get a medical license to tell my friend, saying that "Heh you have a cough!".
