I would need some advices to go on with my life.
Yes, indeed I'm quite a shy guy and wouldn't dare to talk to much girls.
I'm also having a very very low self-esteem due to being fat.
I do seriously hope for a new change of life.
Somewhat to improve my self-esteem.
And the way I look.
I'm 15 this year anyway.

Make the gym your second home. When people see your improvement, u can then start a conversation with them how u do it. Offer to train them in the gym too.
So what should I be doing in gym?

Maintaining a good diet and excerising regulary is the way to go. I would recommend doing the treadmill, which helps in murdering your calories, train your stamina and also strengthens your leg muscles, which can then allow you to further pursue others sports easily to help reduce your weight.
Can't help you much on looks thought.

According to you, it would seem that your low self-esteem stems from you being fat.

Anyway dont whine so much can or not. Go to the gym and exercise. Must be very commited. Cannot stop halfway due to laziness.

Yeah, I'll be off soon thought. You are being flamed because your timing here is...rather off. This forum has a certain member called Heartbroken, who kept asking for help, similar to your problem, but refused to accept any help or do anything at all. As long as you are genuine, you will find help here.
Try identifying the problem you have that restricts you from talking to girls. Is it because you are afraid of what they will think or you? Or could it be that you do not know how to relate with them?
I don't know how to relate to them.
I don't know those girls much.
And we're in different class.

Is this problem as to you being shy to girls limited to a few or the whole general range?
If you are shy to most, perhaps you can start off closer, such as those in your class, as you have a better starting ground here since they would already know you. You should find some common areas that you and they might share. Some examples you can explore are your current subjects, music, sports or culture. Get to know their interests. By doing so you can relate better to them if both parties share the same interests in certain areas.

Heard that Cardio is better.

IMO, i prefer Cardio. Less strenuous. Just watch your diet, and try to avoid eating anything that would remove the effects of you excerising. However, eating things like a roasted turkey, pizza and other "junk" food types is alright once in a while.

self esteem is something that build up with success in life. just believe in yourself. set yourself some realistic goal to achieve like sliming 5 kg in 3 months time or getting A for maths. On the opposite, people who has low self esteem comes by failures in life. I sense that for your case must be your overweight body. I believe that once you "START" slim down you would become more confidence.
To slim, the cirtical point is to control your diet. Eat less fat and carbo, more protein. eat half the rice you normally eat, eat less noodles.
act cool lor..wait for girls come talk to you. About your weight, excercise and watch your diet. Watching your diet doesnt mean not eating or just drinking water and bread. It means a BALANCED diet. And excercise too, run, gym, get yourself engaged in ANY sport, as long as you ENJOY it. Doesnt matter if you cant run a 10min 2.4, doesnt matter if you cant run for 5mins, at least you start. Start slow, finish strong.
