  Who here is suffering from mental problem?

  Mental problem includes the minor ones like depression, insomnia etc..

  Share your experiences like how long have you suffered from the mental problem, do you take medicine and see doctor, how often you take medicine and see doctor etc..

  Wah....sensitive topic...

  Yes I saw doc and took medication for about 1-2 years or thereabout.

  But I didnt want to, and I think it was a mistake. Coz that medication always made me sleepy.

  When I stopped the medication, I had the most serious insomnia in my life. I couldnt sleep at all......lie on bed whole night....went on like that for almost 1 month.....toughest time in my life....

  But it is over now.
