got this girl that I like for 2 years.... confessed to her once but she rejected and avoid me for sometime... during dat period we never keep in contact, now she has come into my life again and I still like her but I said I treat her as god sister... she tot I ard give her up but I never stop thking of her evyday... so vexed... 2dae is V-day and is another lonesome day for me... feel like buying somethg for her but never prepared.... many frens giving me suggestions/advice.. angels tell me not to give up, or I will regret it one day.... devils tell me to give her up... she dont appreciate me why shld I still pester her... waste of my time & money... but I really love her deep... she may not be perfect but she is perfection in my eyes... she is still unattached but she like my best fren... dats a bery painful news I've received from her... my fren know but he ard got someone in his mind... 2dae is a good day for lovers but bad day for loners... she's wrking 2dae.... til 11pm plus... shld I do smthing so dat I wouldnt regret or just simply give her up...

just go n fetch her from work and talk to her....about how you feel....the amount of time u are admiring her is equals to the amount of time u need to give her up....so if it's negative...at least you can move on....who knows wat might happen a few years down the road....she might think you are not the rite guy now but a few years down the road ....her thinking will change n who knows?

In short, what you want to know is whether you should go after her with a great risk of being hurt again or just to forget this whole thing and avoid.
Let me analysis for you:
Chase > put in effort, heart, feelings, etc > Great Risk > Possible hurt / possible romance.
Don't chase > Needless to put in effort, heart, feeling, etc > No risk > but definitely still hurting, but in lesser degree.
What I am saying is that if you don't attempt, you will definitely be hurt, in a lesser degree though, while if you attempt (make sure it is a final attempt) - you could get a romance out of it, although great result comes great risk.
My advice is to tell yourself to try for the *last time* without EXPECTING to get her. Keep your hopes to the minimum and woo her for the final time. After this, regardless of whats the result - forget about even thinking of chasing her again and move on with your life.
The longer you wait - the longer you suffer in misery, but plan your steps carefully, because you have to vow that this would be the last undertaking you will be attempting.

Congrats man....ya seem the lite but try to at least remain frens ,otherwise u might seem like the loser who decides to stay away cos you can't get her.........

let me tell u about myself.
i fell in love with this gal who was already attached....
she is the sweetest gal i have ever met and although i dun believe in love at first sight, she gave me the feeling that i can love her forever if given the chance.....
it happens that we are in the same faculty in university... and she is in my tut class.... and we studied together and became real great frens. then we started to go out with each other and slowly, i felt that i was in too deep and its time to bail out.....
but then i told myself that if i bail out now, i might regret it in the future.... after all.... someone in this forum once told me that most good gals are already attached..... so i decided tat i was gona go for her....
the new sem started and we were together often enuff.... then jus out of the blue i discovered that she was in love with me as well....
eventually, she broke up with her bf and now we are together...
coincidentally, V-dae happens to be our 1st month anniversary and i jus wana tell u this....
i din give up and fought for wat i wanted and i got it.... there's no can or cannot.. there's onli want or dun want
