Hi everybody, I am new here. Not sure if this is the right thread. Just want to share my recent encounter on poor service standard with a company selling winter wear. They have a chain of outlets but I bgt a my jacket last Dec from their East Point outlet and after only wearing it once, the decorative straps had unwashable stains, even the dryclean/laundry shop said was impossible to remove. While the other parts of the jacket was perfectly alright/clean. Hence I fedback this quality issue to that company but over the months that followed it was like ding ding dong dong to and fro without real concrete action to be taken. The most frustrating part is that finally they had concluded that they wanted the jacket back for investigation only if the customer send it to their doorstep !! It really saddened me to see that companies here are still so poor in their service standard when the government has relentlessly advise us to improve in this area. And worst, I was handling this with a team from the "customer service dept". It's a real disappointing experience.
ahya..call and scold them lo..that's wat i always do..
go down create a scene then they will learn
