During the weekdays, I have to get up by 5.30 and make my way back to the camp. However for these few weeks, I've been auto-waking up at like 4.30 or sometimes even 4am and I cannot get back into my sleep anymore, resulting in me being really lethargic when in the office. I sleep at around 11 everyday. I don't face this problem during weekends. May I have any help in this? It's making me really tired and frustrating during the day.
sounds like u don't want to be late for work.
try sleeping earlier.
are you feeling stressed the past few days?
dont worry i have the same problem too... i usually wake up around 3am and I cant fall asleep till 5plus 6am.... think this is kinda related to stress...
Dont stress yaself out... dont sleep so early.. sleep at around 12am... then you will wake up at 5.30am
screwed up circadian rhythms.
It could be stress related. If you keep telling yourself you need to wakeup early etc, theres a good chance your body would be able to do it.
I know that i can get myself to workup even at 3-4am without alarm or anything if i tell myself i really need to be up by 5am etc for some event etc
hmm, its rather comman?
maybe you're stress?
Poor thing. I also suffer fatigue. Feels like changing job too.
No matter how long I sleep, also not enough.
Dun book out lor....Since u r a stay out clerk, dun complain so much la. Chiong sua solders sometimes hardly sleep in a week.
i wonder how some ppl can go to bed as early as 9ish or maybe 10, can anyone share?
i hv to wake up ard 6am everyday, but can hardly get to sleep tt early.
if you are in camp, why not requested to sleepin-camp. Then you can afford more sleep and less stress, cuz you can afford to wake up later and wont feel that stressed, because there is also peple in the bunk that can wake you up in case you oversleep. :)

I would say its more a habit. If you want to sleep early, you need to change your entire sleeping pattern and end all your late nights. You cannot expect to slp early on some nights and slp late on some nights since your body clock does not have such a complex 'programming system'.

No bunk in CMPB dude.
I think you are thinking to yourself that you need to wake up, then thats why you wake up.
So the way to solve this is to completely relax, think that you are in a weekend, or vacation, let your mind relax completely without any regard of the time frame.
Another way to help is to drink lots of fresh milk (supermarket ones will do) + banana during dinner or after dinner. This will help to create more wholesome sleep.
Reason being ur subconcious mind keeps telling you dont be late for work. Therefore you woke up at 4am facing the similar fears you had in camp. Be relax. Try sleeping with radio or music on, your subconcious mind will be diversify. Take care.

Sleep at 10pm....so that if you do wake up at 4.30pm. you still get enough sleep for the day.
try having some warm milk before you sleep, and in ur room maybe can play some soft soothing music at a low volume to soothe ur mind..
during lunchtime in camp, u could try a power nap of 20 mins.. a lot of doctors and scientists have proven that a power nap of 20 mins gives you a good energy boost as well as lowering chances of diseases such as heart diseases etc..
