i got a fren who is in a business wif her ex boss n boss wife.....the shop is rented under her ex boss and the capital is all from him she need not pay any....the liscence (hold 80% of the share), contract is under her name for the products they r selling.........but every mth she get only worker pay...no leave...no off.....the bank account for the company is under her ex boss, lady boss n her....she does not get to see the account every mth....she is now like wat ppl say "tua pek gong" a name to bear all the troubles......now she told her boss she dun1 to haf her name in it....her boss say ok at 1st but now she say her boss say he need to think.....how? any helps?

seek help from lawyers....here u oni get crappy answer...some lawyers offer no fee consul by phone.

con job....yoyr fren is being cheated...had a similar experience...u r there more like an employee...name good onli....break up the partnership fast or request for a look at e accounts n a bigger share of the profits

Try to NEGOTIATE a way out... If NOT, FORCE one.... NEED to get a DEADLINE for NEGOTIATION to be SETTLED. Some of them tends to adopt a 'DRAGGING STYLE'.....

What's the point of having just a worker's pay with no leave and such if she's part of the partnership? What is her ex-boss & wife doing..? What are they getting...?

- IF NEGOTIATION not met, I think it's TIME she consider looking for another job... Or simply WITHDRAWS from the 'partnership' thing (if any?) and get her normal LEAVE and such....
Sounds very much like a FRAUD to me...?
