Maybe it's to try out their new menus before releasing to the market. Don't know whether they add anything funny inside their food or not. Later they make it addictive then everytime must go back and buy. -

They give you the money, then see what you do with the money. Like you might use the money to buy the powerpuff burgers. Then they might ask you why. The packaging? The taste? or the toys that go with it.
it's something like testing if their product is going to work in the market or not. -
