Did I screw myself up for life?

You see, the story is I went to see a psycharist during my NS, erm the SAF psycharist, not IMH/Hospital/Polyclinic/Private, strictly within SAF oni.
So from what I heard my info will be staff-inconfidence rite? So if I go outside find job people ask, I dun hav to declare I seen a shrink b4 rite?
So yesterday I went to have my medical checkup at a local uni, I was asked to filled in this form, 1 of the section was whether I seen a shrink b4 and why, I didn't know whether to filled that up or not, but I had the idea that government sch and saf all under government, so if I didn't filled up and they found out, i be cheating and boot out of the sch?
So I went to filled it up with my conditions... did I screw myself up? becoz i heard saf records is confidential 1... budden local uni record... will they disclose?
So means nxt time i go out find job is die die muz declare?
did I do the correct ting? Becoz I realli dunno, and also dunno who to ask.

Confidential within the government organisations.
Not confidential to the point where only SAF will know about it.
You don't really have a choice, and it is a good thing that you admitted to seeing a shrink before, as they might find out the truth if you are really unlucky and have choosen to lie about it instead.
And you need not worry about it, the local unis will not disclose your personal information and such things unnecessarily.
And for job-wise, this kind of thing have to be declared most of the time, and to tell you the truth, most employers will not want you as one of their workers. Of course, you can choose to lie about it, as long as you are not applying to work for government organisations.

well sometimes it is not necessary to declare everything...
when ever i need to fill in some forms then they ask any police case before, i always put know even though i was caught by police before.
This kind of thing is up to you de la... you go uni, they go so many application, you think they will go check up on you day in day out meh. What is important are your grades, if you pass their criteria, if they got space they accept you.
dont worry.. even if they find out or what, its only a psychiarist in saf, not that you are really ki siao and went imh or wat... saf psychiarist they will understand, you cannot ta han the training and stuff like that.
Dont worry, if u think too much really will have to see a real shrink.

It is medical-in-confidence, not staff.
Meaning that the details of the shrink visit (eg;details of your condition) will not be revealed.
As to Medical History, i'm not sure if it will be revealed.
But they might reveal to your superiors/boss/organisation if asked to.

Simple, if someone wants to know if you are a head case, they ask for your full PES status. -
