How to make urself more attractice internally and externally

Ever since I started to wear contact lens, alot of ppl have been saying that I look much better. But is there anyway to improve my external looks? Hairstyle? Clothes? And externally, how can i have charisma ? Speaking confidently? Considerate? Friendly?

being considerate is a difficult skill to upkeep especially in singapore where people are so withdrawn and so quiet. no offense just my 2 cents. consideration usually starts at home. for example, trying to help out ur family members in chores? and so on... giving up seats to old folks or pregnant mothers is one classic example... but i do not see it happening
so i am usually a solitary display of such things... but my friends are also included... imagine 3-4 guys standing up simulatenously to offer seats... LOL
opening doors for friends or strangers be it a man or especially ladies is a most charming thing to do.
friendliness is the most diffuclt. its hard to please everyone let alone secure a friend of the opposite sex. and normally people would try to be courteous if they dun like your company like shying away from u etc. display true concern is important in a friendship.. like if ur frd never come to school, show him some concern, sharing tips for exams, doing stuff together, sitting together in tests to cheat with slackers like me etc... pls note i am talking abt true friendships that last not some crap like "hi-and-bye" friendships which IMHO is kinda a waste of time and effort... moreover u have to possess humility no matter how rich, handsome or popular you are.
hairstyle? my hair sucks... u want me post a photo of myself? see how i look like?... rather a bold proposition but my frds say i look better with contacts. so have a sense of bravado...
clothes? nah dun bother... dress up the way ur personality dictates! if u are the sporty person, wear really sporty dresses that bring out the best of the bust in you (assuming u are a gal) or if u are a guy,... dress in T-shirts and wakeboarding/whatever bermudas that displays your biceps or muscles. if u are one that is a casual mr john doe, wear shirts or t-shirts with jeans. for me... i think my dress sense is what people call wierd... i think i am overdressed... i like button down shirts and long pants with zippers (chinos) but nevertheless, it makes me feel really confident n comfortable.
all these attributes are important in determining how attractive is someone since they are more or less a direct reflection of one's outlook on life, his status and his personality. -
Just be a buaya...u will be attractive..internally & externally...wahhahhaaaaa

hv a good sleep, balance diet, smoke less(causes aging n skin to look dull), exercise, drink lots of water....
naturally u'll look internally n externally attractive

'External Beauty' can be obtained by reading more magazines on clothes (culturing your TASTE on clothings) or tips fr frenz who have sense of fashion. Anyway, it's absolutely possible but dress or wear with most comfort is most impt. Identify yourself thru clothes & others will be able to tell that it is you & not some other pple on TV or blahx3
'Internal Beauty' will be more tedious. You may need to identify once again your definition for internal beauty, then working on them. It's that simple
BUT anyway, be it internal or external beauty, it has to be YOU. Seek improvement but not changing & losing the REAL you -
nothing speaks more of one self then "SELF-CONFIDENCE"...
when you are confident with yourself...
the things that YOU DECIDE to do for yourself....
you will radiate a certain inner and outer calmness that shows real beauty.... -
It's more how you carry yourself and how much self confidence you have. Of course, some people have this weird quality in them that just make you feel like punching them no matter how well they dress up.
