I broke my shoulder in a sport accident last september and I still can't get over it. It's like, y the hell must this happen to me. I've done all the physio I could but I still get shoulder instability and recently the area is getting tight. Doctor told me it's a permanant injury, a torn labrum(SLAP tear, POLPSA tear and Hill Lesion), and the only way out is to go for a surgery. But damn it, there's only a 85% to 90% chance of success, not mentioning post-surgical complications. WTH!!
Has anyone suffered the same sort of injury as me? What are your decisions and how do u overcome humps on the way? I'll like to ask as well if anyone has any shoulder specialist, doctor or surgeon to recommend.
Thanks.
PS: To those out there who shares the same fate, or any kind of injury, I really hope u guys get 100% well soon and stay that way.
